What is it?
Green gifts for your whole team
Corporate gifting on Hortibasket is how organisations send plants at scale. Instead of placing dozens of individual orders, you make one bulk order of gift-approved plants that ships together to a single delivery address.
The whole order is billed to your company — with GST details captured at checkout — so it's simple to track and account for. You can add a custom gift message that travels with the delivery.
One order, one delivery
Buy in bulk and the entire order arrives in a single consignment at the delivery address you choose.
Company billing
Corporate checkout collects your company name, GST number, and contact details for a clean, single invoice.
A gift message included
Add a custom corporate gift note at checkout and it's printed on the delivery.
Approved products only
Only products marked as gift-approved (often badged 'Corporate Gift Ready') can be part of a corporate order.

What you need to get started
- A Hortibasket account — log in before you check out.
- Gift-approved products. Use the 'Corporate Gift Ready' filter on search or look for the badge on product pages.
- A bulk quantity of each gift-approved item — more than 13 units per product.
- Your company name, GST number, and a contact person's details for corporate billing.
- A delivery address — recipient name, phone number, and complete address for the shipment.
Every cart item must qualify
An item cannot join a corporate order unless it is gift-approved and you're buying more than 13 units. Anything with quantity 13 or under, or not approved, blocks checkout until it's removed — the cart shows an 'ineligible items' warning with a one-tap Remove button.
How to order
Order in five steps

Browse gift-ready plants. Open the catalog with the corporate-gifting filter and pick the products you want to send.

Add more than 13 units of each gift-approved product to your cart.
- 03
In the cart, switch on 'Corporate Gifting Order'. This unlocks corporate checkout.
- 04
On the checkout page, turn on 'Bulk Gifting / Corporate Checkout', then enter your company name, GST number, and contact person. Add an optional corporate gift message and the delivery address (name, phone, street, city, state, pincode).

Confirm your order and pay the usual ways. The order summary shows your totals before you pay.

Delivery
One order, one delivery
Corporate orders are delivered as a single consignment to one delivery address. Buy your bulk quantity, set the delivery address at checkout, and the whole order arrives together.
Delivery works just like a standard order — the address needs a recipient name, phone number, and full address (street, city, state, pincode).

- Add a custom corporate gift message and it's printed on the delivery.
- Confirm or change the delivery address on the checkout page before paying.
Pricing & rules
What applies to corporate orders
No coupons or promo codes
Discount coupons can't be applied to corporate orders. Turning on corporate checkout clears any coupon you had applied.
No Horticoins
Horticoins can't be redeemed on corporate orders — they apply to standard checkouts only.
Retail pricing applies
Corporate orders are billed at the item's listed price. The automatic 13+ bulk (wholesale) discount doesn't apply in corporate mode — it's designed for self-serve bulk purchases, while corporate orders carry an invoice instead.
Gift approval is set by sellers
Whether a product can be gifted is decided by the nursery selling it. Products without approval aren't eligible, which is why the filter exists.
